We’re excited to be looking to grow our adviser team in our new Chesterfield offices and so we are looking hard for the right person to help us deliver a true financial planning experience to even more clients throughout the region.

What we are looking for in you

  • Passionate about helping people achieve their desired financial and lifestyle objectives, through real, value-based financial planning.
  • Hard-working and ambitious. You do not need to be the finished article but a desire to grow and to help us offer something a little bit different is paramount.
  • Someone who can support our and our clients business aspirations and personal goals.
  • A good grasp of your own personal finances and a healthy attitude to lifestyle. We practice what we preach!
  • Qualified financial adviser status with a minimum of RDR-Compliant UK Level 4 Diploma.
  • A proven track-record of being able to attract new clients and build great relationships.
  • IT proficient. Our business heavily technology based and so this is really important. Some experience of using online conferencing tools (i.e. Zoom or similar) is also preferable as we offer both face-to-face and virtual meetings.
  • Experience (or willing to learn!) of using cashflow modelling tools such as Truth or Voyant.

  • Self-employed role with great potential (if you have the right attitude!).
  • Competitive share of initial advice fees.
  • Subject to client servicing standards being met, a share of ongoing advice fees would also be payable.

  • Attractive administration, PA and Paraplanning support packages.

Whilst this is a self-employed role, financial support packages are available in your first 12 months with Sovereign Wealth.
